Sterile products containers

Plastic containers for sticks and inhalers are used for packing (storing) products for general use. They can be in direct contact with the product. Airless bottles are used for packing (storing) semi firm cosmetic products. Their advantage is that they are made entirely of plastic components, i.e. they have no metal parts. Their mechanism has an automated self gasketing valve that stops the air and prevents contamination and oxidation of the product. Dosage of the product is possible in any position and the percentage of the product´s usage is more than 98%. Aluminum jars (aluminum containers) for pharmaceutical use (the closure is part of the container) are used for packing (storing) semisolid pharmaceutical products (balsams, balms, fats etc.). They can be in direct contact with the product. The conditions and production methods comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards. Manufacturer’s certificate, including the documentation of the health safety of the finished product (following product documentation), as well as the starting material with the necessary technical documentation, is delivered together with the goods.

Type IV glass containers for cosmetic products are made from transparent natronsilicate glass and they have low hydrolytic resistance. Safediscs, which are innerseals, are made from expanded polystyrole. On the bottom of safediscs there is a layer of aluminum that provides firmness and a layer of polyethylene which is in direct contact with the product. Safediscs ensure that the container is original and not opened. They prevent the cosmetic products from oxidizing. Outer part of the closure is metalized and the inner one is made from polypropylene.
