Formed shape products are produced either by moulding or by vacuum-forming fibres to fill a wide range of requirements not met by other product forms. These pre-formed shapes are manufactured by blending fibres, with specially selected inorganic and organic binders to give insulating shapes with exceptional characteristics. The vacuum forming manufacturing method permits considerable freedom to vary shape, thickness, density and hardness. Our shapes often provide the most economical answer to producing large quantities of parts in simple or complex configurations for a wide range of high temperature applications. We have a vast range of products already available and work closely with our customers to develop the right product for the application. New tooling can be developed within short lead-times.
